How it Works

Conventional resurfacing lasers are ablative, meaning they remove the top layer of skin. Lutronic Ultra™ is a non-ablative laser treatment that works by heating up the underlying skin tissue—without harming the surface—so that your body will produce new collagen over time.

What to expect

A treatment session can range from 5 to 20 minutes depending on the size of the target area. Most patients say the treatment is virtually painless. A topical numbing cream may be used for patients with sensitive skin. After the procedure, patients may experience mild redness but can immediately resume regular activities. There is no downtime.

Clients tend to see a noticeable mild improvement in their skin's appearance within a week of their first treatment. Results continue to improve with each treatment session and several months following treatment.

Recommended Number of Treatments

The number of sessions recommended varies according to patient expectations. While some individuals may notice results after a single session, others might require a series of treatments to achieve their desired outcome. To maximize results, we recommend six treatments spread two weeks apart.
